Default nismo exhaust

so on the new car i reccently purchased..

it has a nismo exhaust on it!

but how do i know if its the FULL cat back nismo exhaust or just the rear portion?

do the pipes have NISMO imprinted im them aswell?

Without photos it impossible to tell. With photos it may be difficult.

If you can't tell what you have by looking.
You should take it to the parts dept. at your local dealership.

I think the oem exhuast has a heat sheld under the bottom after the y-pipe. I THINK THOUGH.

Also, if I can remember correctly when I was under the car, the diameter of the mid pipe is the same as the pipe connected to the muffler so if its smaller, than its stock. Also the color was more bronze on the nismo.

ya you're rite, its some piece of plastic lol.

i think its connected to the stock muffler though

You have the Y pipe, so yes its the full Nismo exhaust

really? wow.. it sounds sooo stock?

hmmmmmm

i wonder why the other Z sounded soo different?

THE only mods the other Z had was nismo exhaust and nismo cold air intake.

and i have BOTH! hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...

stop it man .
u have a nismo OK , why do outher Z`s sound different : someone told you ^^they have HFC (high flow cats) or TP (test pipe other call it race pipe) i`m telling you that coz i think you didn`t undearstand the shorthand of thouse parts ,nismo with these mod`s give a great sound (the best for me at least) .
not sure yet ,go to a nissan dealer OR sell the Z .

no, it does not matter. you bought a car with a NISMO cat-back. good for you. go out and enjoy yoru car rthat than flood the forum with redundant questions when you already got an answer more than once.
