Hehehe, aside from one is proven, and the other one is still yet to be proven , the Top Secret one has individual runners to each cylinder; whereas, the Crawford one raises the height of the plenum, thus increasing air flow to all cylinders and reducing the air flow difference to only 5% between the 2 front cylinders and the back. I am sure there's more to it than that, but this is a simple description.
