first time i did it i needed 3-4 hours
the second 2 hours
after i did an exhaust + MD spacer in 1:30 hour ,my point it will get easier when you do it
safety first : never get under the car without jackstand and making sure the car is stable (coz you may need to use your muscle down there)
WD 40 on all bolts and muffler hangers + 14mm wrench + breaker bar +extension`s for the HFC bolts and Patience Patience Patience
if you search in here you`ll find alot to know about installation problems , you be addicted to modding after you do the first one your self ,,all the best

BTW, its not a 4ft extension you need for the cats, its a 2ft extension. They dumb thing about it is that you only need it for one bolt.

You're going to hate in in the rain. 8K has too much blue in it and the light will scatter so much that you won't be able to see anything. I have 5K bulbs and I am thinking about going to 4300K because it's too blue for that reason.

Anyone know what stock Zs come with? I have a 04.5 I've always been wondering if I have 4300K or 5000K. From a distance and angle it looks alittle blue but up close it's pure white and when I turn the lights on it starts blueish but the blueness fades to white.

i got the passenger side cats off but the f****** bolt by driver side cat wont budge...i didnt use any breaker bar, just used 18" wrench...so after 100 time i gave up.. i put the stock passenger cat back and finished intalling the exhaust ...installing the exhaust wasnt that bad actually....so ill probably drive by to some local shops tom...to get the berk hfcs installed
anyway these are some pics:

Blue light kills your night vision... Green or red is better (there's a reason NVGs display green) It may look cool but it's more distracting than useful.

VERY nice exhaust, btw... Have you considered a bumper tuck to show off those cans?
