My 'muffler' is perfectly level, but my 'tips' are off. Looks like in your case, your muffler is off but your tips are level.

Definetly alot of variations with the jig that built these exhausts and it seems to be a crap-shoot on weather or not you get one that won't have to be modified.

I might feel differently if my whole muffler was retarded crooked like yours, but the sound and the cost wholly make up for my exhaust 'tip' issue.
