Someone should comment on my numbers though..233 hp seems low to me from what I have read for intake exhaust and spacer..correct me if I am wrong.
i have the same gain from my setup(when i had my APS 2.5 TD Exh on) the only difference that i`m with HFC so i`m worst ........ i was soo sad with my gain untill a lot of guys told me that to get the most of my mod`s i must Tune or Reflush my ECU (what ever the method was : e-manage , Orsis ....etc)

so don`t judge your gain now untill you finish the whole process

All the Best

And TopSpeed Y pipe. So the only thing I didnt have was headers.
ya it just seems with Intake, Plenum Spacer, and Cat back, I should have dyno'd more than 233 because thats what people generally dyno stock. And you dyno'd a whole 30 hp more than me with the only difference being advanced timing and hfc's.

After the headers and test pipes would I benefit from a reflash? The shop I go to says this isn't really important unless you are Forced Induction....

I have an '05 (same motor as your 03) and did the headers + high flow cats done at the same time. At that point I already had a crawford plenum and a greddy exhaust. My car ran like crap after the headers + HFC's, it ran WORSE after those last two mods. I got it tuned by a local shop and it picked up 20rwhp, ran A LOT better after the tune.

Every car is different so this might not be the case for you but I would recommend a tune anyway. I've had UTEC and Osiris, I'd give the thumb up to the Osiris reflash anyday over the UTEC.

Yea JT over Performance Factory was trying to get the UTEC to work with my ECU but he said that my ecu was super strong and kept kicking out the map from the UTEC.. Twins you probably will need a tune. Osiris or Cobb.

What do you mean by "running like crap"? Do you mean not as powerful as it should be?...or Misfiring or what?

dont know much about tuning but do you need a utec or something like that to tune your car? cant they just tune it regular? like using your ecu only?

Ahh sorry guys! I'm getting a ride at 5:30 to get my car. Apparently it took them longer than they though to do the headers because of other cars they had to work on. But I will be reporting back tonight don't worry. Sorry to those that were expecting me to be on time lol

Only thing is I don't have a scanner so I'm not sure how I am going to post them. The best thing I can think of is to just report the numbers and describe the graph unless someone else has any better ideas. My car's gonna be soo freakin loud lol

Another thing..The guy doing my exhaust measured my pipes from the borla exhaust and they are 2.25 inches....That seems really small is this normal for borla?

Well, if it all goes horribly wrong and his car explodes, we don't have to live with the consequences. That might have something to do with it....

OMG! I MADE AMAZING GAINS!

THroughout the entire powerband! My best baseline run was 232.1 and 217.xx torque.....The best afterwards run was 249.23 hp and 232.91 torque.

Thats 17hp gain and 16 torque....SO YOU CAN"T HATE ON CHEAP PARTS!

I also think that I will gain more as the ecu gets use to the parts...

On a side note sorry for the cell poicture of the dyno. I don't have a scanner. The exhaust sounds great too. And also it's much more powerful...It's addicting to get on it and hear the exhaust rip. I can't even imagine what the HR guys with 300 hp feel like...kinda depressing actually..but I will be getting 100 shot of nitrous : )

How much would a tune help me..249 still seems low for intake, spacer, catback, test pipes, and headers.....

(The top numbers on the dyno sheet if you look close was my worst baseline run...second run..I forgot to put the better of the two baselines up)

Not too shabby. Get a good reflash and you should get more gains, not to mention the car should run better/smoother.
