Review:
The exhaust note is perfect. Reminds me of the bassani but louder and more aggressive. Cabin noise was dramatically increased from switching from the HKS. There does not seem to be much drone if any, the most I noticed was at 45 mph, but with cruise on I didnt hear anything. Even at highway speed there is no drone. In fact, at 70 with the cruise on it sounded stock nearly. When getting up to speed this exhaust is LOUD. I would say this exhaust is probably 5 times louder than the HKS with stock cats vs the shockwave with stock cats. But then again, anyone with the HKS knows that its very quiet without HFC or TP's. The VQ sound is there just ALOT deeper. In the very low rpms it is probably the deepest exhaust Ive heard on the Z.

Congrats bro That exhaust is pure s3x!!! I think test pipes or hfc couldn't hurt. Get on it

 

HFC's and the osiris tune are next on the list.

 

TP's lol do it still sounds great man good to hear theres not much drone as well.

 

No wonder it's so loud, just looked at the pics again and you only have one muffler and the rest is straight pipes lol. I can't even imagine how much of a beast this is going to sound like with HFC!!!! Too bad we can't experience the sound in real life

 

Yeah the camera cannot even come close to what this exhaust sounds like in real life. Its so much louder than the vid. Even HFC is going to make this exhaust too loud I think. Maybe after the exhaust breaks in a little more it will quiet down some.

 

how much are the gains, and how much did it weight to your previous exhuast.

 

Mine is being delivered tomorrow, installation is on saturday with Berk HFC's! I'll keep you posted!

 

You are basically doing the same setup I want. MD exhaust just like you got, HFCs which I have, and the tune I have. Can't wait to see what your results are if you get yours done before me. All I need is my exhaust and intake system.
