Any number I throw out would entirely be a guess, and I don't want to say something that is too low, as it will make me look bad in the future - as saying something too high may turn potential buyers away.
All I can say is I'm doing my best to get costs down without sacrificing quality and performance!

but whats right? for me i wouldnt pay more than 500. for that i can buy mr or obx and rework them. you need to automate the manufacturing process to reduce costs, my company unfortunately doesnt do any exhaust work let alone anything as so short run. start calling around detroit for tier1/2 shops desperate for work

You can't even get the right parts to make the SG ones, for $500, let alone assemble them for that price.
Rework the megan or obx? Go right ahead...the only useful part on them is the flange that mates to the head (saves you the time to waterjet one on your own if you could buy it separately). The rest is the finest collection of poo money can buy. These are not parts built to make your car better, they are parts copied (from drek) and built to make your wallets lighter. Change just for the sake of change, without understanding what the downsides of the stock piece are, and without understanding what characterisitcs to look for in an aftermarket setup, is failure of the highest order. I guess they couldn't afford (or understand?) one of the many good books on the topic that have been released in the last 40 years, since the ones they copies were also designed incorrectly from the get go.
Crap replicated for the sake of a buck - seeingly the new motto of the performance industry. Thank god there are guys like Sasha out there (and others) who won't compromise proper design, execution, and materials. These are the key components in making something truly better, and advancing the cause.

Don't know much about them. I just saw my local dealers advert. The piping is 70mm which equals 2,75 inches. . I'll guess the pricing is better for europeans since we don't have to pay for the customs and can get lower shipping rates than when ordering from the states. Still would have to see equal dyno numbers than SG to buy them.

On a side note I really would like to see some before and after results of the megan racing longtubes.
