Honestly you wont regret it. I couldnt fathom spending that much money on a new exhaust espically if you can buy it used for less. But this is way different. It is worth every penny. The quality is top notch and so easy to install. Espically after installing a borla lol anything would be easy haha

The TDX is not available yet as I talked to Tony a few days ago. There is no way you ordered a TDX.

Verified. You didn't order a TDX. You got the Dual Shockwave but not the True Dual Shockwave.

He is having to make a new JIG for the 350z, so it's taking a bit longer.

The engineering and quality is PHENOMENAL! No doubt about it. I don't think i've seen a better exhaust designer in the world. He takes everything into consideration. But 1700 for a Nissan 350z exhaust does kind of sting. If it were made for a BMW or Maserati than I could say yea, thats a great price, just because most parts for Euro cars are double the price of ours. I think the perfect price for an exhaust like this would be $1300. It would sell like hotcakes!

There was a piece of the G35C TDX exhaust I wanted to carry over to the 350Z but it just won't fit. I'll have to make a new jig for the 350Z version so it will take a little longer.

And I'll see what can be done to reduce the cost on it too.

The Forged crew were so impressed with the quality of this exhaust - and they deal in quality parts all the time. I can't wait to see it with my own eyes. Lots and lots of details forthcoming. Thanks for the unbelieveable customer service. You let me hit the ZdayZ deadline. I owe you big time Tony! THE TDX WILL BE AT ZDAYZ FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS TO SEE IT/HEAR IT FIRSTHAND.

I'm sure he's working hard on it!

V-band clamps are awesome. Why does no one else use these? I didn't even know such a thing existed till Tony mentioned it for his products. We borrowed this design to break my HUGE downpipes into two more manageable pieces. I WILL NEVER HAVE TO DROP MY TRANS AGAIN to get the downpipes off. Thanks to v-bands! ...and that's just one detail that makes this exhaust stand out.
