I've tried many times to get mine to stall under those conditions, never been able to.

If they refer to it as engine bay hot air absorption, will that make you happier?

BTW if you are a drag racer, i would not suggest the pop charger.

I wouldn't know, but there is someone on here that did a lot of testing with the stillen SC. His postings are somewhere in the FI section.

I would think it would help , but the Stillen SC is a very odd unit.

I dont know what ya'll are talking about, every where I read the pop charger has made power over the stock airbox. JWT has thier dyno, d-sport did a dyno, SPL has thiers, and numerous others on this site have confirmed it making power. In fact, I have not seen 1 single dyno showing a loss of power. If there is, please post and enlighten me

Yeah it is. After two years, i think i finally got it running as they claim!! Luckily i enjoy constantly tweaking, etc. LOL

I'm just sick of the whine, esp. with the stage 4 pully on it. (it's cool at first, but driving around town it gets REAL annoying) The OEM box muffles it by about 50%. And i'm hoping i get some cooling benefits from going back to OEM as well!!

I think i would try a CAI with the stillen if you want to get rid of noise. You should get better flow than stock , but baffle noise from a shortram.

The only stillen i've heard was nforce1's , and he had a normal shortram. Funny , my car was faster.

I keep reading here that 06 air boxes make better or equal power to the aftermarket intakes, but I have yet to find a dyno chart proving that. Can someone please post a link to a chart since I can't seem to find one? I'd be most interested in a CAI like Injen or Nismo/AEM

Honestly not sure, never had it dynoed. Not a whoel $hit ton like other setups, but enough that it's alot more fun then stock, and much easier on the engine then others.

Prob 350/370ish

Never seen it either, only one i've seen is popcharger with and without the hood open. The idiot who posted that one was complaining cause it made more power with the hood open.

I think this was talked about refering to Cold AIr Intakes, not short rams, the pop charger adds power over any year stock airbox 03-06. Have not seen evidence stating otherwise. IF someone does...PLEASE POST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!

And yes, please send me the data files!
