Default Are there any resonated test pipes that don't rattle?

I've searched and searched and searched on this, and I can't find a straight answer. I've got a set of Helix test pipes on an 06 and they have the 2500 rpm rattle and the rasp. I plan on switching out to resonated test pipes to help with some of the rasp, but the rattle is driving me insane. Has anybody ever found a set of test pipes, resonated test pipes, or even high flow cats that don't rattle?

Oh, and as a side note, I know now that the helix test pipes were some of the worst pipes for the rattle problem I searched on them before I bought them, but never came across this.

I have test pipes I use for the track. When I had a rattle it was because one of the nuts backed off the bolt and it was rattling around in the flange. As for the rasp, check into an oil additive by Lucas called "Anti-Rasp".

The rattle I have sounds like the exhaust resonance problem that some people have with particular test pipes around the 2500 rpm range and a little around 4000.

Has anyone tried to heat wrap their pipes to see if it helped?

I have HFC's that don't rattle. They are FI's. I just ordered their resonated test pipes as well. Will let you know if they rattle or rasp when I get them in.
