I was thinking about getting the HKS Hi-power TD Exhaust and going with Test Pipes.

what are all the brands that make Resonated Test Pipes for an '03?

also anybody have any experience with HKS + Resonated Test Pipes?

Which brand would give the least rasp\sound the best?

there are plenty of information out there about resonated test pipe, all you have to do is search.

on top of my head, Kinetix, Megan racing ...

 

alot of places..like stated before search around, pretty much anyone who does exhaust or cats or test pipes has resonated test pipes

 

All the RTP will gives you close to same sounds ( Doesn't matter what brand you get ). Look for quality and company has good customer service.
