Default Skunk2 Exhaust

I'm shopping around for a true dual exhaust in the $700 range and I've been looking at the skunk2 for a while and I really like the quality from the pics and the sound. Where is the cheapest and reputable place that I can order this exhaust from?

I find it amusing that people now days are arrogant and not willing to help someone out. I already googled it and saw the different prices. I just wanted to see if someone here got it for a better deal that I probably missed. I also want to purchase it from a reputable site or vendor to avoid any hassles. So anyone that willing to help out pls repply. Please don't waste your time with stupid replies as the one above.

I look at skunk2 as a budget brand honda mfg. a true dual in the 700$ range already kinda leans towards budget though. if you were willing to shell out a few hundred more you could pick up something else. you could also try the local forums or both the private and vendor marketplace here on these forums.

I've been looking at that too. I owned Honda's for a while and Skunk2 makes excellent products. The best price that I've seen it so far is $750 shipped. I can't spend 1k for an exhaust system. So I wanted something with quality but for a good price. Let me know if you guys find anything.

I would look for a used HKS or Motordyne true dual. I think the injen true dual is nice as well but it is far too loud for my likings. Though, the Z I heard it on had both headers and TP's, so who knows

I heavily recomend going to local Z meets if you can, to hear what some of your options actually sound like on the car. Video clips do no exhaust justice.

I just checked out the price and it's $900 ....OUCH! ..... the website is http://www.m1autosport.rpmware.com/s...0/i-56848.aspx

I just want to make sure it's the right one. I've seen threads of people getting this exhaust for $659 shipped. The average price that I've found is $750, on Ebay. Anyone know a cheaper deal. I;m just trying to get the best price possible for this item.

he is a vendor on the forum, send one of them a pm asking if they can beat that price.

still think you should break out of the honda mindset and look into other exhaust systems.

btw, without even investing any effort, just googling skunk2 350z exhaust, http://www.octanemotorsports.com/pro...ducts_id=17459

I saw that website also. i just wanted to get feedback from actual vendors that you guys have purchased stuff from. I mean, I can order from anywhere but I'm not guaranteed that the service is going to be great. Plus, maybe someone saw it cheaper than the price I found it. I just want to get a quality exhaust without spending 1k on it. Since skunk2 has excellent quality for Hondas I assume that is the great quality for the 350z and the price tag of $759 is something that i can't overlook.

I also looked into the Motordyne Shockwave Single but in order to get the best results I have to also get their XYZ Pipe. I currently have a Megan Y pipe with an ebay SR*S exhaust and the quality is mediocre so now that I have better income coming in I wanted to get something of better quality, that's how i came up with the Skunk2 exhaust from searching and reading up on others exhaust systems, and specially their price.

I don't know what to say. I mean, i want to get something new not used. Anyone have another alternative that is not going to run me more than $759 and great quality?

Aside from the skunk2 the other one that calls my attention is the Motordyne Shockwave single. I guess I'll look into that. Do you guys know if the Shockwave works with a megan y pipe?
