Default Test pipes or RSR exhaust muffler cans

I am still debating whether I should just get test pipes on my 350z with stock exhaust or to get my RSR exhaust cans installed with the stock cats. I am looking for the best sound. Please help

Just the RS*R cans with the stock headers, cats, and Y pipe is EXTREMELY loud. The drone in the cabin is enough to make one contemplate seppuku.

The RS*R will change the tone of your exhaust to a loud raspy fart-can sound...

You are deffinetly thinking of the wrong exhaust if you want to retain stock sound. The RS*R is LOUD!!!!

If I were you I would look into the Fast Intentions with the test pipes.

So for now I suggest you install just the test pipes.

I think they sound awsome. but if it gets to loud and annoying for your lady friend, you can bolt on the silencers that come with it. My wife hates it. i leave it off so she wont bother driving it. Buahahaha!!!

HAHA thats awesome man. Going to have them install it on tomorrow. I am so used to the stock exhaust sound that I will probablly be so happy when I first hear it. I cant wait. Do you think I should eventually install test pipes in the near future or will that make it tooo loud?

Got my RSR's installed today and the exhaust note is amazing. It is REALLY DEEP sounding with little to no cabin sound when cruising around. The sound is only there during acceleration. Idle sounds good too with the slight retention of the stock exhaust note at Idle. I keep my stock resonator on so that it retained a slight stock sound. I love the exhaust and it makes my Z ROAR.

Glad your happy as I am. haha Hey here's a video with test pipes on. It sounds like crap. I dont know if its his camera or it just sounds crappy with the test pipes. Probably better to use high flow cats instead.
