I use Mag One Metal polish. It comes in the silver can and is a huge wad. Just tear a small piece off and put some elbow grease into it then get a microfiber cloth and itll come right out. Brand spankin new

Plenty of polish recommendations in the detailing forum.

Buy a cheap buffer and some pads. Use blue magic polish. /thread. I used to use this combo on my old wheels that didn't have clear coated lips. People at shows swore they were chrome and not polished. Buy some terry cloth towels or diaper towels to wipe the excess with.

Also, apply a decent amount on anything you're about to polish. Then buff the hell out of it.
