headers wrapped...
What kind of wrap are those, looks interesting? It's true that with uneven wrap that the headers can crack since it'll create hot spots, but it's more of a combination of it with low grade alloy used on the headers. You can see a lot of race cars using heat wrap including the Nismo Fairlady 380RS. The thermal insulation capability of the wrap has been tested to be greater then ceramic coating. I've also wrapped, silicon coated, and silicon sealed my headers.
This is with the Tomei Wrap (much easier to use) and DEI's silicon sprays.

Here is a link to a thread in the NA section with the results, dyno, and soundclip.

As far as the headers go, I am not too worried...if they break or whatever happens I'll just buy the longtubes...
I see, it's surprising to see that your TQ variation from run to run is almost 15TQ diff through alot of the revband. I've never seen that before. Is your dyno SAE corrected?
Any reason why you didn't add a plenum spacer to your car? What year is your car?

first dyno will be:
Test Pipes
TurboXS 3" straight exhaust (no cats just a muff)
Mishimoto c/f intake
dirty wheels...lol (thats neq hp)
untuned
After install dyno will be:
Test Pipes
TurboXS 3" straight exhaust (no cats just a muff)
Mishimoto c/f intake
Headers
5/16 iso spacer
rota wheels (woot ++ hp lol)
tuned and untuned....hopefully if I can find a shop
I see, forgot about that post
Not that I'm saying their dyno is unreliable but it is good for you to know if it is SAE corrected or not. It usually tells you at the bottom of the dyno where the legend is at for each of the Trends with the run conditions.
If the runs you are doing are no load runs then you may not see any differences when you compare the two graphs for the impact on performance wheels have. Here is a link to a post on g35driver where Hydrazine from Motordyne and myself have done comparing wheel size to dyno results.
