just put my turbo xs tp's on my stock 08 sounds ok theres alot of rasp at 3k-4k then growl. and no cel. took about an hour and a half to put on. had to ghetto rig like 17 3 inch extensions but it worked and there was only a lil blood lol. (When u crack the nuts loose the just let go hard )

 

Am selling my Berks TP for $150 shipped they are Practically new.

 

I just ordered the same TPs and I also have an 08. How long have you been CEL free? Did you do any sort of nonfouler fix etc...?

Question, are intense resonated test pipes as raspy as the non resonated ones? I couldnt stand the rasp from my Berk's am looking for more of a deep tone than rasp.

 

other than the mounting problems my JVT's don't have any rasp at all.

and i can't honestly say if the mounting issues were from teh JVT test pipes or headers. A few people have test pipes with stock headers and no problems. The alignment might have been caused by the headers.

 

rasp is as much a function of your exhaust system as it is your test pipe choice

resonated or non are all subject to rasp, and rasp, like, food, music, etc is a matter of personal opinion

 

I just ordered a set of resonated ones to see how they work out.
