Bolt stuck in test pipe
So last year when I was installing test pipes, while tightening one of the bolts the head of it snapped right off.
When taking the test pipe off recently it obviously wasn't adjoined to the downpipe because it fell right off when the other bolts were removed. I've been running a different set the last few weeks to test something but I need to put my original set back on now.
So the question is....should I leave it half hanging there (it still does slightly stick through the start of the hole on the downpipe's side) and just do the rest of the bolts like it was before? Or is there a reasonable way to remove the bolt and put a new one in. One thing is for sure and that is it will not turn out. Wouldn't budge with a vice grip.

Being as it is out already I would think there are easier ways to do it.
Spray it with PB Blaster multiple times and let soak overnight. Try in morning with vice grips. If it doesn't come out then repeat this procedure and try again.
If that still fails then you may need to heat it with a torch a bit then remove with vice grips.
If you don't have access to a torch then go to a local muffler shop and have them do it. I'm sure it would cost next to nothing for them to remove it for you since the part is in hand.
Oh and also if you have too hack one side off with a hack saw or sawz all sp? And then drill it out, this is the most painful but will definetly work!
I wouldn't recommend leaving it as is though because you will more than likely have a leak in that spot.

When using the torch, you need a oxy/acetylene torch and you need to get that side of the flange reallly HOT. Cherry red hot.
Then it should be able to vice grip out.
