What do I do to make my exhaust louder but not all raspy and crappy sounding?

 

get an aftermarket exhaust over a grand

leave it stock since all aftermarkets exhaust will make your car louder and a majority of them all sound like crap.

I think the stock exhaust on my 05 sounds sweet. Not planning to change anything, however, I'm wondering what affect the AEM long tube Cold Air Intake is going to have when it's installed? One test I read says it makes a lot of noise......but hopefully only when I'm throwing the coals to it!

 

my JWT, motordyne 5/16 spacer, and Bassani TD sounded loud. i swiched back to a 06 airbox w/k&N, kept the spacer, and it quieted down a bit. still has a deeper tone but not as loud.
