Poll: Need to pick exhaust
Well Ive narrowed it down to 2 I think. After 2 weeks of searching, watching youtube vids, reading forums I have decided on either the Bassani or Greddy Ti-C dual exhaust. I have been contemplating the idea of going with a Vortech S/C, but I really dont know if I wanna stick that kind coin into my car. I know with FI more people would recommend the Greddy because its has bigger piping vs. the Bassani which only has 2.25. I dont know what power comparison is between the two, but Im sure it is fairly close so I think its gonna come down to sound. I need opinions from people who have had experience or heard both. I have NO modded Zs around me so I cant get any sound samples in person...Thanks for the help!!

Has anyone run the Bassani with F.I. and been ok...I know internet video clips suck for demoing stuff. I think Ill be doing resonated TPs so either exhaust should be decently loud. I guess I just dont wanna screw myself going with smaller piping in case I do get a Vortech kit

I think Bassani site says its only a 2.25" piping true dual...I just wanna make sure I get something compatible that doesnt hurt my performance down the line....I know I can always sell and rebuy another exhaust but thats kind of a waste
Ive heard a few clips from various places on the net and I do like the sound it has, some people think its too quiet?? I def want something that people notice while driving past them but nothing like the Shockwave LOL! Im sure with TP's or HFCs its gotta be decently loud. Most of the owners that have that say the sound of Bassani with TP's or HFC is very exotic almost like a ferrari...I like the engine "rumble" with the Bassani, only reason I thought of going Greddy is its the only true dual that I like that has bigger piping and isnt $1500..I would love the Motordyne but exhaust prices for this car are just insane...

the bassani has a resonator and a muffler on each pipe. it is on the quiet side for aftermarket but definitely more noticable then stock. it is a real head turner for sure.
I was amazingly disappointed with mine right after it was installed, something didn't sound right, it sounded higher pitch then it should be - and damn, it smelled like **** for two weeks, but it burned it all off and sounded great like the clips I had heard.

Well I havent decided what Im going to do yet with the exhaust, I might just throw the catback on and do HFC or TPs later, but I figured I might as well do the TPs right away since Im under there...Its just taking me a LONG time to pick a damn exhaust!

But i suggest for the bassani u stick with resonated test pipes (which i had before this). It will give the exhaust a deep yet exotic sound thats loud as hell w/o the rasp.
