I did this on my M2 clone, and it civilized the system tremendously. More-so in-cabin... no more drone. Also I used a Magnaflow X-pipe (non resonated) leaving the base resonators intact. Still sounds aggro but very easy to deal with in cabin. I'm not sure if power or torque went up but I can use the bottom end now opposed to before were it felt lax and sounded like I was killing a cow.

Im looking into getting one, so is it 11385,11386?...i also searched and came across 14385...it will be going onto my hks hi power(real)

Ouch... much easier to cut up a $300 clone. but honestly I know'll like it more once its mod'ed.

yeah its gonna hurt if i decide to hack it,but im gonna be putting test pipes first and if i dont like the rasp then ill install the x-pipe.

Wow I just did this mod today using Magnaflow 14386. OMG, what a difference it made. So much quieter and has the VQ sound.

For anyone that has heard an X02 with test pipes know that it sounds nasty and rasps HARD. This really toned it down. Even quieter than the stock cats.

Correct. But he could use a regular X pipe if he wants to keep the noise reduction to a min
