Default Replacing the gasket on the incoming muffler pipe, Help

I need to replace the gasket ( part # 20691-0P600 ) between the the muffler pipe and the pipe just before that. Is this going to be a pain in the *** breaking the bolts free? The car is a 2003 with 100 K on it. The gasket was replaced about a year and a half ago. This time , I'd like to do it myself. What is the socket size ? Am I going to need a propane torch or what? Thanks in advance.

100,000 miles and exhaust hardware seizes because of hot-cold expand-contract. Spray liberally the night before with a product like BP blaster. WD-40 is a poor substitute.
