Test pipes **Health Advisory**
You'll be fine, I have test pipes and either I got used to the fumes or they stopped because I don't notice it anymore and neither does the wife. She's barely in the car with me so she'd notice if it was abnormal. The sound that test pipes produce even with the stock exhaust is phenomenal, this is the way the Z34 should have sounded from factory.

I just put some cats back on my Z last week.. couldn't take the smell anymore.. got mad headaches if I drove the Z for more than an hour at a time and I wreaked of raw fuel when ever I got to my destination..
Being stuck in traffic was the worst.. I thought I would pass out after 30 mins of stop and go..

i had a resonated TP installed on my Evo for 2 days.. i couldnt stand the smell, so opting for HFC option, although the power gain was great.. but yea.. i gotta think of other people now.. aka wife. i'm pretty sure inhaling the fumes isnt good for you long term, nor is it good for your significant other..
HFCs flow a little less than TPs but 1. you dont get the smell. 2. slightly quieter 3. performance loving tree huggers will hi-five you.

random technology now has 5" metallic cats, 100 cell for turbo applications. Not exactly OBD compliant but will take care of most of the fumes and not hurt performance too badly. I'll be trying to get these put back on after ZdayZ. Following someone for an extended period of time without cats is nauseating for sure...
