***Official Greddy Exhaust Picture/Chat Thread***
I don't know if it will fix the problem, but i'll tell what i experienced, when i took the silencers out the tips where loose so i used one bolt to keep them in place so after couple of days a noticeable and annoying rattle appeared in the same rpm range you described, so i installed all bolts and no rattling any more, my z is come stock except of the greddy dual ti-c.

I have the same issue with my G35 as the rpms drop. I just installed Kinetix resonated test pipes and it does the same thing coming down starting at about 2200 down to like 1700rpm. Its more of a rattle or vibration than rasp. Rasp is usually heard under load or when you first let off the throttle. This is only at a small rpm window and frankly, I have NEVER heard anything like this on any other vehicle with no cats. It seems to be somewhat common on these cars though as I've been reading.
i have the same problem on my APS test pipes only when decel and it was from the little plaques they put to certify its APS test pipes, so i took off the plaques and the problem was fixed

Thanks man. Did you ever take anymore of your setup?
Those pics worked. I was just curious because that thread said you were going to take more.
What is you full exhaust setup btw? Did you lose much if any low end running the TiC over the JIC with the Vortech?
Yeah I know drone is always a killer with canisters.

right now i have dc headers, crawford hfc's, and ti-c true dual exhaust. before i had the headers, test pipes, jic y-pipe, and jic spartan st unresonated and it was SOOO loud. i would think the ti-c flows better since it isnt restricted by the y-pipe like the jic. i love my current set up a lot. its not loud at all and no drone.

Have you guys taken a good luck at your X-pipe? I looked at it the other day at the pics from my for sale thread and god damn that thing looked so restrictive. today, i went a head and got to fabbing on it. and made it a true more proper x pipe. let me tell you guys, made a world of a difference I'm wondering if I am the only one that has noticed this.
