Will it work? Yes.
Will it last? Probably not.

Nothing there is "quality"

id say if you have them then get them installed or sell the Y pipe and test pipes you should be able to get at least $250 for all of that.
You could get a HKS dual exhaust if you save up about $900 more which would give more hp and better looks and has a nicer sound than Top Speed's Pro-1 (Personal opinion) not saying its a bad exhaust its for you to decide let us know what you decide

Everyone has there own opinion on exhaust systems, dont get an Hks true dual IMO is sounds horrible, Ive got a hks carbon ti single custom exhaust with megan racing v2 test pipes and it sounds amazing. If u got the parts already put them on dont waste ur time trying to sell them on other peoples opinion's. Some people have had bad experiences with megan racing alot have had good so its really ur choice.

I used to hate HKS, i thought it sounded too ricey. But after driving my friends G35 with the HKS i actually like it. NO drone, sounds great inside the car, and intimidating at WOT. Even with the megan longtubes it isnt too loud and no drone.

There's a trick to installing the headers, one of the studs on the left header is too close to the pipe so its seems impossible to thread the nut on the stud. You have to thread the nut on just as you slip the header on the stud then push the header flush against the block. I spent a good 45 mins installing them with the motor on a stand so on the car will be a pain in the ^&*.

As for the quality, check the threads and see how many people gripe about bad peices, I didn't find any when I checked. So I'm guessing quality-wise they hold up to a few years of use. On the Top Speed cat back... its just too loud for me here in CA. The highway patrol just went through a mean crack-down on exhuast systems and state ref. tickets. But I have to say they sound really good IMO better than the one they knock off, but it drones kinda bad. Again when you look for bad feedback you don't find a lot so they must hold up ok. To each his own.

Oh one more thing, to be safe don't use the Megan gaskets if possible. There are a lot of gripes about the gaskets not holding up or needing copper sealant with them.

So what im getting out of the research and conversation is that the headers are probably the only part of this that may be worth installing

I have megan racing ypipe+exhaust for almost a whole year now with no issues. Minus headers/test pipes.

+1 Use your stock gaskets, don't use megan racing gaskets. I have a leak from one connection

I say since you have it, install them. Let me know how the test pipes hold up. I'm thinking of grabing a set

Yeah, don't get me wrong, the parts should be fine just don't expect top shelf fitment. Other than that you should be ok.
