I've got Strup headers, although I didn't do much research before buying. Heard really good things about them, and well, for $200, why not?
I have Strup headers and no complaints. I put down 242 without headers. I lost that dyno sheet over time. After the headers and random HFCs, I put down 257. You will gain more with longtubes but if you get test pipes or HFCs, you'll get some gains. The headers gave me the sound I was looking for with my old exhaust.
If I had to do it over, I'd probably get the megan long tube headers. Best gains for the money. But be prepared to buy some resonators b/c these are loud from what I hear.
Remember "long tube" doesn't mean a whole heck of a lot - much like "shorty" doesn't either. The relationship between the primaries, the outlet ID, the merge's, is the key - not just the length of the primaries itself. All of the stuff in an NA setup is highly interdependant, and the tough task is finding parts that play well together. Simply mating "X' header, because you heard it's the best, with "Y" camshaft, because you heard it's the best, and "A" intake setup (manifold included) doesn't net you an automatic satisfactory setup
