If you don't need the extension pipes, you can use the flanges on those instead of using extra gaskets.
I've installed different versions of this and yours seems like a very bad replica.
The one thing about most exhaust is that you have to leave everything loose before you tighten everything down to prevent alignment issues.

I've driven and ridden (and installed) Z's with the X02 HKS knock-off and even fairly stock cars with this exhaust it is very loud and the drone is terrible at freeway speeds (to me anyway). I cannot imagine what it would sound like with long tube headers lol. Good god.
BTW OP, did you get an exhaust shop to fix it? If so what did they end up charging you? Just curious

they fixed mine for $40...but just a heads up anyone with the uneven tips can fix it themself. They just shove a pipe in my tips and moved it around till its even. My recomendation is to just go with the cheapest knockoff on ebay since most likely all will have fitment issue. I went with the real XO2 thinking ima have no issue...WRONG lol
and yes its loud as hell,...and im not a complainer when it comes to loud exhaust

Put an X pipe on the system, it quiets it down dramatically inside. Droning is almost down to stock levels. Outside is still pretty audible but reasonable. And best of all, it sounds like a rev'ving motor again. Before I got the mod done I bounced off the rev limiter left and right because it just got louder and was tough to hear where the revs were.
I mod'ed mine in an odd space, right where the G35 extenders go, so I still have the H-pipe too. I also left the basic resonators in place and used an unresonated x-pipe.
I picked up the stainless version of this...

I got the magnaflow x-pipe muffler on mine. Definitely sounds better. The H-pipe on these exhausts is a joke. The hole is about __ that much in diameter compared to the 2-2.25" piping that makes the H pipe.
Here's my crappy video. I need to go out soon and just do a legit flyby.
