Do i need this tube?

After my Machanic install the Speacer+Mrev2 and he cant find the tube for that, he told me thats how the car is, i think his BSing.
My car dont have that tube on the manifold right now.

It should be around there somewhere...I installed mine today..it goes on real easy...he mightve taken it or lost it..

yea, i am lazy haha but i work 7days a week, so no time for me.
