any one with Borla Headers and or Crawford Cats
I installed both the Plenum and the cats. The biggest bang for the buck is by far the Plenum. The cats give more exhaust noise and may work well inconjunction with the headers but not much performance improvement by themselves. I have also removed the resenator and installed the Flowmaster muffler. The comments I receive about the sound are endless. People love it.

I now have the Crawford plenum, high flow cats, borla exhaust and Crawford headers and WOW what a difference!!! Like most mods... if you install just one the gain is small. If you make several mods all in the same area like air intake and exhaust the performance gains are 5 fold. I'm testing now on my G-Tech but I believe the 4 mods I have made (Crawford plenum, Crawford headers, high flow cats, and borla exhaust) could be as high as 40ish more HP. I will know the exact numbers soon. I do know the butt factor has changed dramically!!!!

I have debated between the headers and cats and think the best is definately headers, HF cats, dual exhaust. If I was going to not install one option though I think I would leave the stock cats in and do the headers + dual exhaust. Any other thoughts on that?

Headers are moving along very well now, several orders have been taken... and your name IS on the list zzzya I do believe!
Also note... best gains will be made with high-flow cats. At least if you want to wait on those, they aren't THAT hard to install.
We have been in ATL all weekend dyno tuning.
Many surprises to be announced!

Get those numbers posted!!!! It is boring up here in Iowa, especially when the weather is crappy. I may just have to drive down there and get the headers installed

That is what ep00 did, he and his wife came down and made a weekend of it! We all went to dinner Friday night, etc!

Yeah, we'll just say... we "goofed" on the local dyno. I'll let Doug explain... Basically, when you dyno check and double check everything before running!

Doug and the owners of both Balanced and Sunbelt have been friends for a LONG time.
Stellar shops they have down there!
I have the Borla headers, Crawford Cats, and Borla TD exhaust (along with some other things!
)
It's a very sweet combo. The sound is unbelievable! Everyone who has opportunity to hear me go screaming by said it sounds like a race car at WOT.
At idle and low RPM it is pretty quiet... a bit of a rumble, but from 3K on up it is just pipe music and from 4500rpm on up it is ungodly! It sounds like the car is just roaring.
I'm supposed to be heading to Charlotte Motor Speedway for some laps this week. hopefully, I can get a camcorder out there for some video.
Oh... and at this point, I have to say Crawford Cats vs Crawford Plenum... both are equal on bang for the buck. The plenum definitely helps at high RPM, but I noticed an immediate improvement when the Crawford Cats were installed. Noticeably more powerful down low and much freer reving.

the crawford cats were put on last and by themself about a week after other mods were done. So I was able to compare between all the the mods (minus crawford cats) and all the mods including crawford cats.
I definitely could tell a difference down low between cams/exhaust/headers/plenum/pulleys and cams/exhaust/headers/plenum/pulleys/cats
