I could be wrong buttt.....

I think the only difference between the two is the length of the mid-pipe, one is slightly longer than the other.

Pics above are of someone selling hs HKS exhaust. I'm trying to find if that is a 350z or g35 in the picture. Any ideas.

I would guess G35 since the wheel spoke looks a little thinner (if it is OEM)... they are crappy pictures

Trying to buy an HKS for my Z used and found this guy and he posted its for a g35/350z so I'm really hoping its for a Z, kinda guessing its for a G tho. Emailed the guy but the wait is killing me so figured I'd post here while waiting for a response.

Is the seller on this forum? It doesnt matter whether the hks is a g35 exhaust or 350z exhaust. The hks exhausts come with an extension for the g35. If you take off the extension, you can install it on the 350z. If you leave it on, you install it on the g 35.

oooooooo, so without the extension its the exact same exhaust as the one for the Z?

Are there 2 different models or is there just 1 and it comes with the extension.

stevehl you just made me soooo happy. unfortunately the seller is not on this forum but is selling for $600, hopefully going to take a look at it tomorrow. Anything I should be seriously looking at on a used exhaust.

Looks authentic to me

The side canister have welds where the x02 does not
X02 also has a burnt brownish tip

Yeah, The XO2's don't have welds in the canisters. Also you may wanna consider the ARK version, I think it sounds a lot better.

to much $$$$ for me. I was originally looking at the motordyne v2 but realized that to is to much for my budget. HKS was originally out of the picture but a friend recommended me looking for it used since its been out awhile.

Why don't you call the guy. I saw his ad also and he has his # on there. Might be a quicker way of getting a hold of him.
