I have a greddy single ti-c (currently for sale) and it sounds amazing. If you go onto YouTube and look at my profile (scrmn3k) you can listen to the exhaust with the silencer in. It's the video where I ran a 2008 e90 dct m3 (in Mexico on a closed road of course). Without the silencer on its pretty freakin loud. You can't go wrong with pretty much any single, all sound amazing.

I'm pretty much sold on the Greddy Ti-C single. I know I'm getting quality when I go with a name like Greddy, and wow the price is definitely right with this one being in the $600 range. How do you feel it compares to the JIC single and AAM? Did you consider those options when going single?

The Greddy is definitely a quality piece. I've had the invidia N1, HKS true dual, nismo s-tune exhaust, Greddy Ti-C single and I'm now rocking the AAM Maxflow true dual exhaust. The Ti-c quality is up to par with the HKS and nismo. In all honesty I would still have the Greddy single on because it truly sounds the best out of all the exhausts I've had. But unfortunately cops in Northern Va love to give exhaust tickets to cars rockin any type of N1 style canister. Here's a video of my car with the greddy single (no silencer) my friend is doing the driving since I was really tipsy at this meet. You can really hear the exhaust in this video. On my channel as well you can hear what the greddy sounds like with the silencer on, it's the only other vid I have of my car on youtube.

I don't think calling Megan Racing "crap" is inappropriate at all. Does it look similar? Yes. However, after wasting a $125 on test pipes I had to spend another $250 and buy another brand. Was it worth the $125? HELL NO! It was wasted money in the long run.

As far as Agency Power goes, I can't comment since all I have is their short antenna (radio reception is poor, btw)
Their brake lines are actually made by Fluid Transfer Systems (which is apparently Technafit)

Lol, trial and error. You ain't the only one. I say the tps are crap and I'd say it's due to the flex piping.

Thanks, I'm glad you think so. I think that I'm going to go with the Greddy Ti-C, thanks to spnall4. I'm putting my Berk HFC's on next week and still have to wait for my Stillen Y-Pipe to get here.

I was considering AAM and JIC, but never really read about anyone really being wowed by them the way that people love their Greddy's and AP's.

I like that the Greddy is VERY competitively price compared to the other single systems (barring Megan) and I know that if I buy Greddy, I'm getting a quality product.

The jic is an awesome exhaust also. But its very loud as the agency power. Each exhaust has its own sound. Except the aam and the greedy. They sound identical. The only reason i love the agency power so much, is that when you stomp it hard it has a whistle sound to it. I get asked if i have a turbo on my car a lot. Plus it just sounds all around bad ***. But no matter what choice you make they all sound good. I prefer the single over the dual any day of the week. But you might turn into one of us exhaust ****** till you find what you are looking for.

I went to JIC-Magic website. The titanium single is just outlandishly expensive. Has anyone seen/heard the stainless steel one? From all the pics/vids I've seen, I can't definitively tell if it comes out at an angle like I want my exhaust to. Also, is it me or do they not put a nice mirror finish on their mufflers? They don't look very shiny in the website pics or this vid:

all jic are straight. yes the ti is expensive. when i grabbed mine it was 1600 but i got free shipping. not sure what it cost now. the stainless ti, is good option also. about the same as the ap, the stainless is not bad as i have had it also, but it does not sound the same as the ti, or the st ti. but none sound bad.

will not work on the 07-08 as they are dual throttle body.

Thanks for your input. Greddy is Ti-C is angled exit, correct? It looks that way on this pic:

http://www.vr-speed.com/store/greddy...0z-p-2067.html

I've been out of the import tuning world for quite some time. I had an Apexi N1 on my '98 Civic and I loved the look of that canister angling out. Just in case anyone was wondering why I'm so adamant about having a single exit N1 style exhaust. Looks like Greddy Ti-C will be my next purchase.

QUESTION: I'm getting my Berk HFC's put on next week. They only came with header/cat gaskets. No clue the state of the cat/exhaust gasket. Car had Borla TC on it when I bought it. If the cat/exhaust gasket is shot, will it be okay for one month? Stillen Y-Pipe on it's way in the mail. Haven't ordered Greddy Ti-C yet.
