Unless, you plan on deep 6'ing your Z, you'll be fine.

I rally race mine...the CAI scares me sometimes when I hit the ravines at about 45 mph...but then I fly outta them....

When I had my CAI on a 2000 Toyota Celia it made me too nervous! I mean the end of the filter was about 10" from the ground. I refuse to put on on the Z, at least in this region.
