Default TurboXS Catback?

Hey guys, I didn't know where to post this but I was wondering where can you find a TurboXS catback? Is every store sold out and never making them again? I've tried searching, but I haven't ever seen 1 for sale thread on the TurboXS, are they really that rare? There is one on eBay for $853 but...uhhhh no thanks.

Anyone know where I can find one or do I have to keep searching for a used one? Darn, I really want this exhaust but it's hard to find.

Thanks

They are discontinued.....been so for probably 18 months. Towards the end it was about 450 shipped w/ Y-Pipe.

I may (stress the may) sell mine here in the somewhat near future.....I'll let you know if I do.

If I sold it......it would probably be w/o the y-pipe, but it is not really anything special or out of the ordinary.

Doesn't it have a specific Y Pipe with a donut gasket to make it fit to the Mid Pipe?

I really don't remember, but I don't believe so. I'd have to get under the car and look.

Alright, if anyone wants to sell! Please let me know. Man my friend has this exhaust and it sounds amazing. I wanted the Nismo, but it's too quiet and boring compared to the TXS (Sorry Nismo guys )

Thanks though Mike

DO NOT DO THAT!!!

I tried, and the TXS y pipe is unique to the rest of the system, only works with TXS. It's not a football bearing, it's a screw pressure something or other...

Anyways I had to order a new y pipe on top of everything, than sold the whole txs.

You will be screwed if you do what I did, nothing is compatible with that ypipe...

OP, do what I did, and get some kinda true exhaust, either true dual or single. The txs is just a lighter stock exhaust/not-as-pretty greddy spectrum elite.

You'll want to upgrade soon, save your money.

I have a True Dual HKS Rep now. I hate the sound of it. It loses that VQ 350Z sound that is exotic and just plain and boring. Looks ricer. I want a stock looking, stock sounding but louder/more aggressive exhaust that isn't over priced. The TXS or Nismo was the perfect example, but nismo is a little quiet for my taste, so TXS it is. The TXS puts down a lot of power compared to the Nismo even though it's not a true dual. Some thread said the HR with the TXS was pushing 280-290's on the dyno with the TXS. Might of been with test pipes, not sure.

I haven't seen a stock long block (cams, etc) DE make more power than mine on a dynojet and I use the exhaust.......it won't hold you back on an NA application. The nismo with test-pipes is pretty loud actually, but the txs is a little louder.

This exhaust is perfect for NA application. I have it and absolutely love the sound. The reason it's hard to find anyone selling theirs is because everyone is pleased with this product for sound, the stealth look, and performance.

Seriously, it's not that great Final Force. I heard they break down after 5,000 miles and they rust. You're car is too clean and nice for that trashy exhaust, just ship it to me and I'll dispose of it for you, no charge! Just remember you'll owe me one.

Last I checked... summit racing sells this exhaust. (www.summitracing.com)

Also... you could check Oakos Automotive... www.oakos.com

OR...you could order directly from www.turboxs.com for $499 plus shipping

Thanks Blitz for searching, but Summit sells for $860, I'll pass on that. Oakos is sold out and TurboXS is also sold out. They are discontinued and Z1 took whatever was left and did a huge sale at $470 shipped. I just got to keep looking for one used.

Summit racing also has a "low price match policy" tell them to match the price of Turboxs website

heres what the website says:
Will you match a lower price?
We're confident our prices are the lowest. We're so confident, we offer the Beat-a-Price guarantee: We’ll beat any advertised price on an in-stock product, with proof of the advertised price, if the part is in stock at the advertised location. Call 1-800-230-3030 and speak with a salesperson to help complete your order.

This policy does not apply to typographical errors, products in an online auction, refurbished or used products from a second-hand seller, or a competitor's price that results from a price match. If the product meets the above criteria, the competitor's price will be beat. Guaranteed!

Yeah....but you're forgetting that this exhaust is discontinued, it's not "in-stock" like in the first sentence lol.
