yes, take them off and install cats

non foulers are not a guarantee of anything...sometimes they work, sometimes they don't, depends on many factors

^^ well yea, i could, if i wanted to waste the money i spent on the test pipes. I was trying to avoid an answer like this by wording my questions, guess it didnt work. Would you say getting hfc will not be as loud as the test pipes? I know some members don't notice a sound change.

In all honesty these are very common sense questions if you give them any thoughtn All of this stuff has been asked and answered about 100+ times
