Default Ordered a pop charger

I just ordered a JWT pop charger for my 05 Z. I hope i don't regret buying this later because of high speed stalling issue or heat soak..

BTW, to prevent heat soak, can't you wrap some kind of insulator(?) around the filter so that the engine heat doesn't eeven bother coming close to the filter?
An insulator that ppl wrap it around the header.

Don't cancel your order. I've had the JWT Popcharger for about 6~months and have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. I love it!

Great setup , heat soak caused by the popcharger is a myth. It happens to all intakes to include OEM.

Heatsoak is more prevalent on the popcharger. But the problem with the popcharger is that it'll have your car running rich as hell, so you'll need to tune it. Otherwise, the car will run like sh*t. Take my word for it.

Do you know what heat soak actually is ? Heat soak and pulling hot air when stopped are completely different.

had mine for roughly 3 months now, no issues what so ever... no heat soak, no stalling and no "running lean".... makes your car sound awesome and adds a tiny bit of power to boot...
