Almost brand new titanium exhaust less then 1000 miles and it is incredibly light...bought it for my g35 but sold it right after...it is in perfect shape...it was made for a 350 but I have an adapter so it will bolt on to a g35.

These pictures were taken with an iphone, I can always take more and better ones upon request.

I believe that would be a Fujitsubo Ti made with titanium. Thats actually a pretty good price (if it includes the titanium mid-pipe also) considering how much they retail for

Maybe he's confused since the RS concept rocks the Fuji ti exhaust.

That is an awesome price for that exhaust. The original price for this piece was around $2500 -$2700 if i recall. I have had mine for about 6 years. This was an optional exhaust in Japan when the car first came out. To my knowledge there are only about 4-6 of these (with the laser etched Z) in the states. When I bought mine, there were only two, both being imported by the then owner of this site "Tako". Since then i have helped 2 other people get their hands on one. I have seen a few others for sale from various vendors, but never knew if they were ever really imported.

After the first run of these, they stopped laser etching the muffler part. Very rare piece, also insanely light!

Does it offer any gains or is it just light?

I think it was about the same as any other exhaust. . .they claim like 15 hp, but it dynoed out to about a legit 5hp (at least mine did). Keep in mind this is a Y pipe back . I got more power when i added an aftermarket Y pipe. But still the weight savings and rarity is really what I love most about it. I still have never seen another one in person at any Z event I have ever went too.

After looking at that ad, I wonder if the mid pipe is included? Maybe just the muffler part itself is worth $1000 to someone, but I wouldn't pay that without the mid pipe. I will say i turned down a $1500 unsolicited offer a few years ago for mine.

Also i highly doubt it only has 1000 miles on it. It looks awfully dirty and marked up for 1000 miles plus as we have said above this exhaust is circa 2002/2003.

^ I sent him an email. The guys has been posting his item for sale for a while. He stated it is a Nismo exhaust on emails and doesn't include stuff other than what's on the pictures. The lowest he said he can let it go is $750 and he said he only had it for 1k miles which i think is a LIE! XD/ Also, the exhaust was modified to fit in a g35 according to the seller.

At first, I thought this was a nismo/oem exhaust that was treated like poop and given a custom raw finish. Never thought it was worth it over 2k(retail) I failed!

I learned something new!

I wouldn't worry about the "modified" aspect. You can see the additional section bolted onto the exhaust. It comes right off. Its a fairly common piece that G35 owners use to adapt the various 350Z exhaust.

I would say $750 is fair for just the muffler, if its something you are interested in. I wouldn't count on it making very much power though since it is not the complete system. What worries me is the owner clearly is confused at what it is, and has "sold" the car. I wonder if its stolen? That half of the exhaust is not too difficult to remove easily if you know what you are doing especially with the G35 converter section being used.

OP, here's what the complete system looks like if your interested. This is the version they sell now, without the logo. The logo looks pretty sharp IMO...
