I installed an AAM Angled Plenum Spacer a few weeks ago. The car was running fine initially, but then the RPMs started acting up due to a leak...sometimes it would idle high (around 1k) and sometimes it would dip low (around 600). I figured out it was leaking from a few of the center bolts so I tightened those back down and all was good for a little while, but the car still idled high. Eventually the leak came back and the RPMs started doing the same thing.
I bought new washers w/ integrated o-rings and installed them over the weekend and retorqued everything. The car is running fine now, but still idling high; however, I do not think there are any leaks. Could this possibly be a "learned" behavior from when the leak was present and if so, how do I reset it so it will idle in the normal range?
I've read a few things that say reset the TPS (and maybe ECU?). I have an Osiris tune, so if that's what I need to do, will I lose the tune?
Thanks for the help.

If you would like to try to let your car relearn idle, unplug the negative connection on the battery for 5min or so. Plug it back in and then get in the car. Turn the key to the on position and press the brake pedal. Release the brake and apply again to start the car. Let the car run for 5 min without driving or pressing on the gas. Then drive the car for about 10 miles as you normally would. Mine relearned idle by doing this, so hopefully it will help.

^ That's the sequence I used.
Thanks, I'll give this a try.

ECU resets will not erase your Osiris tune.
