Dude that exhaust looks SWEET!

Anybody have any idea if not having any flex sections in the Y-pipe will cause cracking? Or is Titanium more flexible than stainless - so not needed?

I'm no scientist, but I'd say it's because stock or other aftermarket exhaust are heavy and any flexing with that much weight would cause cracking. This being as light as it is, ride height and Road conditions play a part in going with the y-pipe or not.

Usually something this light won't create any vibrations large enough to need flex pipes. Also, titanium does not expand as much as steel does when heated.

Intrigued by this material in an exhaust. Can't wait to hear a sound clip! How much damage to the wallet? It looks to be not cheap

A couple of my best friends have the Tomei exhaust on their Evo Xs. My one buddy has had it on for almost 2.5 years and his car is a DD in Los Angeles with no issues at all (this includes the titanium test pipe and down pipe). The Tomei exhausts are quality products for sure!

Sounds good. I don't think it's crazy loud. Maybe with PPEs it will be. But just like any single with LTHs.
