XERD headers+Borla TD+AEM CAI+Crawford plenum dynoed!
I'm don't know what to say. Today I went to dyno my car with the plenum installed. Well, I didn't gain any power. Based on my based runs couple weeks ago, I gained maybe 1 WHP. I don't know what's wrong, but I will un-install the plenum and make sure everything is secured and no leak then bring back to the dyno shop to do couple more runs.

do a dyno with an a/f monitor. I bet you are running so lean you are losing power. That is what is happening with jason at performance nissan!

i second what spazpilot said, use a wideband sensor to check your air/fuel ratio. if they did this when you dynoed please post your dyno sheet, and if you didnt i would definetly go back and pay the extra $20 for it cause it could save your engine. the only mod that could possibly make it run lean is the plenum. it might be the combination of the cai and the plenum, but still that would be a stretch. plus, alot of people on this board are running with a cai and crawford plenum, seemingly without problems (although i havent seen an a/f #'s for this specific setup).
With those other mods, I can see a low PEAK hp change being possible. You have done a good job of making a "more" free flow setup. Check your hp at higher rpms. If it is not significantly higher, then you have a problem. Our observed HP gains all happened between 12.8 and 13.5 on the A/F meter, so use that as a basis on your next run. Also if you want to make things more interesting disconnect the AEM for a pull. Not saying that it is a problem as you have dynoed with it before, but Paulo here gained 9-11 HP when he took it off (when base lining before the procharger went on).

I stongly suggest the TS ECU with your current modifications. We have tested many differnt "maps" and one way either side makes a big difference.
The MAF is also another area to look at to make sure there isnt anything wrong.
Also resetting the system by putting it in diagnostic made and idle learing is also a good thing to do after those type modifications.
