Default HKS Hi-power exhaust fitment problem

Just installed HKS Hi-power exhaust this weekend. I'm getting a minor rattle from rear passenger side and apparently the piping is coming in contact with one of the bolts near the differential. I do remember reading one post about this fitment issue but I had no luck finding more posts about it. This is actually my 2nd HKS exhaust I've owned and I can't remember my first one did that..probably bad memory lol.
I need some advice/input from fellow HKS owners who's had this problem so I can try to come up with a solution. Much appreciated.

Tighten the bolts toward the front/mid pipe and it should pull the section down enough to clear the bolt where it won't rattle or hit it when driving.

Thanks for the reply. I will try to tighten the bolts and see if the problem goes away. I was thinking about putting heat wrap but I fear that it will only be a temporary solution.

Piping has been adjusted. There's about a little less than 1/2 inch clearance now. Before the piping was RIGHT on the bolt, making contact even if gently pushed up. I hope this gets rid of the constant rattle. I think it will still touch if I go over a big bump.

Drove the car on street and freeway for a while. I didn't hear any rattles. BUT, when I came home and snapped some pictures it appears that the piping went back up...see the pic below. No rattles so far but that's still too close for comfort

You may need to loosen all the bolts except the ones attached to the cats, have someone pull the piping as far away as needed, while tightening them at the same time.

LOL haha. He's a cool guy, just grabbed his Nismo exhaust a couple days ago. If it wasn't for that I'd be trying to con him out of his HKS lol

I don't know lol I haven't put it on yet, but I've heard plenty of other Z's with it. I'm thinking about changing the tips lol I hate the double walled tips, but I love the sound of it.
