GodSpeed Exhaust?
Well, I just saw a G-Speed Exhaust sells on ebay, here is their description:
03-07 INFINITI G35 (COUPE ONLY) OR 03-08 NISSAN 350Z FULL STAINLESS GT DUAL CATBACK EXHAUST
Also pics...
Im wondering why they cost only arround 300$? Heard someone says that G-Speed was the knockoff of HKS Hi-power? Should I buy one of these?

i don't think its a bad purchase. The only negative ive heard for those exhausts are the tips. Other than that, I heard they are louder, deeper and throatier than the actual hks. If you want that go for it. Might fall apart later down the road, dont know for sure since I have yet to hear this happening, but for 3 bills....
ive actually heard one in person when I had my hks installed. He came up to me, revved, then sped up and cut in front of me. It sounded nice, like when I had tp with my hks. Of course, I don't know if he had tp on his replica hks or not, but sounded nice nontheless.
I got mine for $260 picked up brand new. For $260, I said f-it and swooped it up.
It's held up very well, and sounds great with test pipes and a Magnaflow resonated x-pipe.
$5 says you will have fitment issues. It's an easy fix if you know how to bend a hanger otherwise, any Joe at a muffler shop can fix it. The tips are also ugly.
I DO NOT recommend this exhaust of you live and drive in a wet and snowy environment. It is known to rust. I live in SoCal and it's held up in our rain with no rust issues. Road salt may be a different story.

I had this exhaust for a while. The fitment was almost dead-on perfect, but the tips were horrible. First they lost the burnt blue ti look, then they started to yellow. I took them off and polished them for a while and they cleaned up nicely. I live in Maryland (lots of snow and salt) and never noticed any noticeable rust on the piping itself (I do clean my G twice a week in the winter). Let me know if you have any further questions.
I went that route with a HKS replica, mine came with a Top Speed label. Never the less, fitment was OK, right exhaust had to be dealt with, as it sat slightly lower than the left, a minor issue that was corrected with big hammer......I just grew tired of the drone while cruising at freeway speeds. was too loud to carry a decent conversation in the cabin. I sold it and went with the Invidia Gemini dual. Couldn't be happier.
No complaints with my HKS knockoff. Fitment was perfect, sound is great, pipes have held up very well. I guess the tips are kind of losing their color, but it's not even enough to gripe about. After seeing a car with flat black tips, I have been considering doing it to mine.
Same as everyone else said....Fitment issues, it'll probably cost you 20 bucks at any exhaust shop to straighten it out. Also, I don't think this is a particularly good sounding exhaust in stock form, definitely hear it first before you buy it. Very loud, very droney. I have this exact same Godspeed replica, it was a bad fit, burned my bumper in the 3 days til I got it adjusted. After the X pipe, I love it tho, sounds MUCH butter and no longer sounds like a small motor with oversized piping
i run the same exhaust. the fitment sucked.
I paid an extra 100 bucks to a local Midas to heat bend it a bit, and installed poly exhaust hangers.. now its dead on.
The H pipe and resonators dont last long internally and are fairly worthless, sounds like the X pipe mod is pretty good ( had one built for my 300zx stillen x pipe style, it makes a noticeable diff) .. have yet to x pipe mine, but thats next up.
Be prepared for it to not just bolt right up perfectly, so buy one, have a shop install it and be prepared to give them a little extra to make it fit.. and save yourself a grand or two.
The tips? yes, they suck, but its all relative my man.

and yes, it burned my old OEM bumper too.. melted a nice bit. Smelled terrible, very droney.. and sounds like the X pipe mod fixes this.
All in, 100 bucks to insall and straighten, 360 for the parts, 80 for the x pipe, and maybe another 100 to install that.. youre still looking at a good deal.

I have a question...I've seen some exhausts on certain 350Z's and they fit it an angle. I mean the tips at the back are point sideways, facing opposite sides. Is that some special kind of exhaust or just the way to install any of them?
