Default Motordyne 5/16 Spacer, MREV2 & AEM CAI

I've already purchased these parts (Motordyne 5/16 Spacer, MREV2 & AEM CAI) and was wondering if there is going to be fitment issues with the AEM CAI? Thanks for anybody's help in advance.

I have a 2006 Enthusiast MT Coupe

Just an update, the fitiment of the AEM CAI is pretty snug after the spacer and MREV2. It has to be adjusted just right so it won't rub.

Throttle body response was odd/slow until I reset it. It still seems sluggish, but I kind of forgot what stock feels like. Other than that I do feel some mid range difference.
