this exhaust came out to be dirt cheap.. my friend had this exhaust laying around and it was cheap enough to chop it a make my own LOL

^Stillen headers (ceramic coated) for HR. Where did you read that ARTs would lose power with aftermarket headers? I'd like to know before dropping money into getting the headers installed. Thx.

I seriously was looking for a set of stillen's and then I saw that thread..., I was so angry. I don't think they loose power, but that ceramic mix will really help your engine bay temps drop.

The one that you bought those headers from recently. There was a guy on the three seventy z forum that had a set for sale then decided to keep them.

My OBX headers have a different pipe configuration that those, but I'm using 370z headers on my G35 HR.

This thread has changed my desires for my exhaust system upgrades. I may sound a bit off when I ask this question but, is the TDX2 sold WITH the Y pipe or do you have to purchase it separate?

I'm Definitely getting the PPE ceramic headers and Motordyne exhaust. Already have the Injin CIA installed so I'll be running just about the same as 512_z. Looking into Cams and Injectors as well. And since the Engine will be pulled might as well get stronger motor and Trans mounts.

This thread has been very informative!

No, they outperform any other test pipe or HFC with or without headers.

What if I already have the xyz pipe?. What would be a price on the rest of the TDX2 set up

To the guys that did the install, what did you do about the primary 02 sensors? The wiring is way to short. Did yall buy new ones with longer range or splice wores together? Sorry if this is was already brought up but my car is running a little funny at the moment and Id like to get it running properly buy tomorrow lol. Install took 6 hours and sounds great paired with my reaonated x pipe n hks cat back

Yes, you have to extend the wires of the primary O2 sensors.

And do you mean replica HKS exhaust?

BUMP

Has anyone tried motordyne longtube headers on the de or hr?

There doesn't seem to be much of a selection for LTH on 350's, can't find much for sale.
