Default New gaskets for install?

Hey guys just recieved my Stillen SS headers in the mail for my 06. To my amazement they only came with hardware, no gaskets. I see that even the cheapest header packages come with gaskets. I contacted the company to see if they may have forgotten them.. but no.

My dilema is that I was planning on doing the install this weekend since I have today off (3 days weekend.)

My car currently has 60k on it... is it necessary to change all the gaskets? Because I already spent almost 700 on the headers and now Ill need almost 200 for new gaskets.. and theres slim pickings online too. Also dont know when Ill have another chance to do the install since I usually work 6 days a week. So I guess what I'm asking is if really matters? I've actually heard ppl having trouble with aftermarket gaskets anyway. Any input would be great, thanks everyone.

Well,I have always followed the "better safe than sorry" school of thought.
Its better to install new gaskets, seals, washers etc.
Your gonna find that installing headers on a Z is no easy job.Gotta think,if I used the old gaskets and got a leak after bolted everything up,youwould not be a happy camper.
I'd use new gaskets UNLESS...the old ones looked excellent. With 60k miles,I gotta think
new gaskets would be needed. Also,it is quite possible that you could damage the gaskets
while taking the deal apart.
Good luck!

All of us have had situations when we have the time available to do a project and,bamm!--need a part to complete the install.
I hate to see what gaskets would cost(ouch!) a a Nissan dealership parts place.
But,they prolly have e'm.And,they will fit.
At least you can get your headers installed.

No need for new gaskets. The old ones are fine. If they leak a little no big deal. You can always replace them later. It only takes about 8 hours.

lol I get the point... just wishful thinking I guess. I found the gaskets at courtesyparts.com theyre less than 100 shipped so its not too bad.
