Now we should also wonder if this plenum makes that diesel-like/fluttering noise like the Crawford. I think that some might not exactly want that noise and I know that some people don't care. I'm not bashing the Crawford either, I believe it to be a great product. This is just something to think about.

What about for the G35? We dont have a strut bar and probably would'nt want the Z logo???
Nothin' against Z's, of course, but PLEEEEEZE offer a G35 logo or logo free version.

Yes, I secong that. An Infiniti logo or G35 would look nice, or no logo at all would be fine for me.

Oh, and please hurry, I can't wait any more!

From a marketing viewpoint, you would think it'd be a no-brainer.

As for the logo, just mold in a flat spot that's big enough for a Nissan, Infiniti, or Z logo of the user's chosing. You know how we love choice!!!!

I saw a cutaway of the plenum used in the Armada/Titan (Endurance 5.4 L V8) and as complex as those runners are, it must be some sort of plastic molding as well. Jason or Jeff, run out to the lot and tap on one to see if I'm right. I know you're not doing anything else today. heheh.

I am so excited for this plenum!!

I wish I had the ingenuity and know-how to make something like this -- based on the amount of interest in this plenum it may just turn out to be the best selling mod for the Z!

Add me to the list of the "Interested" Z owners!

The one thing I thought about though... is ... what about our grounding kits?! No metal Plenum to attach some of the points to!

Wouldn't the screws still act to ground the wires to the engine, even if it is covered by the plastic plenum?

since material is easier and cheaper to mold, any chance on creating one similar to the Tommy Kaira's individual throttle body design?

I agree. for one I think there are enough Z logos on the car as it is and as for your company logo (and I mean no offence by this) I have no problem with that as long as it's small. If it's large and obvious then I hope you plan on paying your customers for advertising space. I've deliberatly not purchased parts in the past because of manufacturers logos, I just hope this won't be another one.

...what about the high-temp resistant ceramics that your aircondition vents are made out of?

i bet the plastic wont get hotter than a few hundred degrees. but heat soak under a hot day... maybe ceramic with heat fins?

sounds like a good idea.. keep it up! ^_^

I am personally working on the website currently, we are capable of accepting paypal on our website currently and will be credit card capable within a few days.

Expect an official launch of our website and some new pricing and products within about a week.

VERY excited about pricing and anxiously awaiting your "offical launch"! Glad to see something out there besides Crawford to choose from. Looks like it is going to be yours if I read all the post right.

I wonder if a clear plenum is possible.

If this peice A) comes out and B) is durable, sign me up! More air flow, stock strut brace, ADN less weight. Sweet.

Yes a clear plenum is possible, but I had put it out of mind because the inside of the factory plenum gets very oily, which may not look so hot when clear.

Also, the weight loss will be from the all aluminum version, where the bottom half of the plenum is also replaced. The plastic version only replaces the top half, and while it does save weight over the factory top half, more weight savings are seen from the all aluminum plenum.

So would most people prefer it with no "z" logo? Any suggestions on what you might like to see cosmetically?

let me know what you want, as I am always open to suggestions.
