Yes hello i just installes an exhaust and i wanted to know if its regular for it to smoke and smell a lil bad... and will it go away or not? Thanx for any feedback

1. Wrong section, 2. it's completly normal if it's just a little bit, anything excessive means you have a problem

Sorry for the wrong section... and yes its not excessive... it slowly but surely went away.. no more smell or smoke thanks for the input.. greatly appreciated

That's ok...I understand your concern.

I just recently installed a new exhaust, my first aftermarket catback, at a shop relatively close to a highway and let it rip for a few minutes just after the install. When hit a stop light all I saw in my rear-view mirror was smoke and thought the shop installed wrong. I had visions of firetrucks doucing my flaming car haha.

Completely normal, smell will last maybe another day or two then after that all good.
