DC Sports is high quality and inexpensive, but raspy and loud. Solve that with 2.5" Vibrant resonators, if you can find someone to weld them in. Bassani, Borla, Motordyne. The bottom line is that it is hard to make the VQ sound bad.

Instead of asking us whats a good exhaust system under $1,500 bux, I suggest you do a search here and/or YouTube for all exhaust system mention in the posts above and go from there. B/c We're all going to choose our exhaust over others to justify our purchase, GL

+1 on this. Asking for any advice about what part to buy is like asking what's your favorite soda. I suggest start off by asking yourself what kind of exhaust your looking into buying. Single pipe, Y pipe ( Nismo ), or a true dual.

Borla here - not one ounce of rasp. Added BERK HFCs, still no rasp just louder. Although, the Borla system will hiss when letting off the gas or shifting gears due to turbulance. But, it doesn't bother me much because I love the exhaust note.
