Nismo axel back muffler to stock

Well a buddy is wanting to sell his Nismo axel back but I am worried that that muffler will not bolt to my mid pipes from the stock exhaust.

Does anyone know if I can bolt the Nismo on to my car with out the full S-Tune pipes.
