Ive been looking around, and have not found a set of headers that are equal to the sound and performance of the SGM long tube headers and exhaust. Would anyone on here know a set available? SGM or = to them?

 

Buying a set of those headers that was almost $2000 is only a small part of that car!

 

Been commented many times.Headers in general,are just a waste of money.
The cost+labor just does not add up to the results.Don't think the headers
are a major component in the sound you are talking about.

^Megan long tubes killed my top end. I made 50whp more at redline of 8k with the SGs over Megans.

 

ooo megan, hope they hold up because personally i wouldn't trust anything that that brand puts out.

 

Well even if it was possible to purchases SG headers it would be a solid toss up between SG and PPE. Now the plus side is that we can hook you up with an incredible set of PPE LTH when your ready !

yea, shorty headers may be a waste of time and money... but if you look at the dynos of the ppe's you will see the massive area gained under the curve, particularly in the top end over the best shorty header and test pipe combination (momentums and art pipes). these are most certainly not a waste of time and money. i would even go so far as to say that of what is currently available, its the only money well spent in this area if you are really concerned with hp per dollar.
