How is everyone's fitment on the HR?
I got mine installed but I have a few rubbing issue on the passenger side.
The header is too short so the whole exhaust has to move forward a bit, this causes my Y pipe to rub with the transmission brace. The top of the passenger side header also rests against the under carriage.

I didn't have fitment issues...however header to y-pipe was about a 2 gasket length gap....so I used 2 gaskets, old set and a new set and it tighten up nicely...
my car is back together and running like a dream...I'll have videos this Saturday hopefully
down shift from 4th to 3rd then WOT to 4th is by far the best sequence!

Secwind , It might be your XYZ pipe. When I first got my XYZ pipe years ago I had that same issue with my stock exhaust manifold. Tony at Motordyne was real quick to send me another which fit perfectly . Hope that helps

Just a quick update , had a header bolt loosen up on the #6 cylinder. Also with the current aero on the front of the car, my floorboards are burning. My heat shields underneith were removed and now my carpet is melted. This is with high RPM use and extensive front aero running on the road course.

I knew my toes weren't lieing, since wrapping them though haven't felt it as before or at least as quick..are you planning to put the shields back?
I removed my heat shields up front as well, and sprayed the area with a liquid liner type stuff...

Doing a false floor up above, with heat shield under it. I want my feet up closer to the pedals anyhow

I got the black thermal coated version with heat shield still on. Haven't felt any heat around that area yet, but it isn't exactly warm around Chicagoland either.
The header do rub the heat shield though.

I didn't have a problem all winter at the track, now it's 70's and 80's I have the problem. Also as mentioned my car does has a low splitter that blocks a lot of air from going under the car, and my car is run for 30 minutes at a time with rpm never dropping below 4500 with constant pulls to 7k

Hot damn...
Well I had the pleasure of doing the installs on an '06 G35 and a '08 350Z...
The G35 Has been to this date the best sounding Z/G I've heard in person...the video doesn't really catch it but it's has so much bass to it, it's crazy...
