I have ARK GRIP V2 payed $1,000 brand new in box from a fellow my350z member. worth the wait to save up for a quality exhaust. be patient and you will be rewarded.

Go with motordyne. absolutely the best, and tony - the owner - is very helpful and hands on with all his products

i've heard the Godspeed exhaust in person - it's pretty raspy and sounds not that clean imo. and the fitment is a hit or miss - i've done 3 godspeed swaps at my shop and one went on perfect while the other two was way off.

i purchased a used XO2 exhaust for my other Z and it sounded like the godspeed exhaust (same style and material - i think just a different brand). the fitment was perfect but the rasp was the same. i ended up cutting out the resonators on there and replaced it with the Magnaflow X-pipe. added on kinetix cat deletes and it sounds great imo. the only down side to this setup is that it'll rust over time unless you keep the exhaust clean.

i will say this - my buddy's with the Motordyne Exhaust paired with ART pipes or Fast Intention test pipes sound ridiculously good tho! if you got the money spend it haha - if not - godspeed or xo2 with magnaflow is a good choice as well.

I was curious about the hks rep as well when I started modding my z. So I bought one on eBay and it sounded like crap and super rice! But then shortly after I had a magnaflow x pipe installed where the resonators were and it was night and day. I absolutely love it now. I get complements all the time about it. Now I'm getting ready to install hfc or tp

i would go with HFCs - only because with TPs you'll smell a LOT of gas fumes esp if you park inside a garage.

however - TPs sound a lot better

The ebays reps have terrible quality resonators and mufflers. They will start degrading after a year or so.

If you aren't in the mood to spend some coin on a motordyne setup, custom is the way to go. I never had to worry about fitment issues, knew exactly what I was putting on my car, and I can tune the sound to my liking without having to worry about chopping up a $2k exhaust system.
